One book containing the minutes of a social group who came together to gain knowledge and experience in commercial activities of all kinds. The records begin 14/2/1984 and continue until 9/4/1994.
From the beginning, the group was to be for just 10 years and to have a membership of no more than 20. Group Objectives are filed at the front, together with a list of the founding 18 signatories.

Materials Specific Details
The inaugual meeting of this group was held at MacDonald & Weston on 21 November 1983. Elected Officers were:-
Chair: C R Weston
Secretary: H R Gordon
Trustees: L M Instone, L C Russell.
While this was a social group, formal minutes were kept, AGMs held and, from 1987 the Chairman's Report and Financial Statement are included.
By mutual agreement, the group was to be wound up after ten years, all assets then realised and distributed proportionally between the membership.
The final meeting was on 9/9/1994. Songs and other memorabilia of the wind-up dinner are included.
