DEAR DOROTHY, Last night I received an airgraph from you dated 29th Mar and the night before a letter dated 3 Feb and was pleased to hear from you again old dear. I am answering them briefly in this and will write a letter within the next day or so. Many thanks for sending the parcel of chocolate I will let you know as soon as it arrives. I will be very pleased to get those snaps you are sending. As soon as I see Cecil Dixon again, I will tell him you made the trip across to the Island without sea sickness. I saw Bob Halliday this morning as well as a few of my old mates, part of my old unit is camped about two miles along the road from me, Bob sends his regards. I wish I could manage to send you some films for your camera but they just can’t be got over here. I have lost my camera but may get one to bring home with me. Well Dot I will close now & turn into bed. Cheerio until next letter. Lots of love & kisses. Your loving brother. ERIC. xxxx
