Dear Dorothy, Two days ago I received an airgraph from you, dated 8th of this month, and was very pleased to hear from you again. I will be sending more post cards in a few days time as I will be writing a letter. The same day, I had a cake from you all at home, many thanks. It will be great if Jock does arrive home I think that must be why I haven’t heard from him lately. I have been out on a job these last three days and until now have not had a chance to write to you. I am hoping to get some more mail within the next day or so, and when it does arrive I will be writing you a letter. This afternoon I have been busy washing my clothes and myself as we have had a fair coating of dust. Well old dear will say cheerio until next letter. Lots of love & kisses. Your loving brother xxxxx ERIC. xx
