Biographical / Historical
The Southland Mammography Appeal Committee formed in 1988 to raise funds to buy a mammography machine. They later became Southland Mammography Services Trust to run the machine on behalf of Southland women, until the Trust was disestablished in 2017 as Southland District Health Board then purchased its own machine.
