This item is a green hardcovered A5-size notebook. Inside the front cover a Mr Fairlie's postal address and telephone number is given.
The record begins with a balance sheet for the Spring Show held September 1956, then those for the Summer Show of 27 February 1957 and the following Autumn Show held 26 February 1958.
From 1958, both Spring and Autumn Show financial reposts are listed on the same Balance Sheet. Accounts are audited from 1960. From 1961 onwards, the financial year was June to May.
After 1975, the year of the records are not given, and in the mi-80's columns are not headed. A page is torn out before the 87-88 records.
At the Back: two pages of expenses for 1977 and 1978.
