Three distinct bundles are contained in a white envelope, labelled 'Balance Sheet 1978'. Miscellaneous items, like cheque and deposit book stubs, Branch Year Programme, Bank Statements, are from 1976 - 1979.

The Receipt Book, containing carbon copies of subscriptions received, give membership details for 1976 - 1978.

Materials Specific Details

Contained in a white envelope are three separate groups of financial items: 1. Four stubs: a) Deposit Book for account held at Southland Savings Bank, Dec '77 to Dec'78. b) Receipt Book for Subscriptions received March 1976 - 1 August 1978. Interesting because it gives membership names for the period. c) Chequebook stubs from both the Branch's General Account and the Social Account, for the period 1975-1978.

2. Bundle, tied with green tape, containing Southland Savings Bank statements, receipts from charities donated to plus miscellaneous receipts.

3. Bundle Two, also tied with green tape: a) 1978 Balance Sheet b) Branch Programme for 1979 c) Miscellaneous receipts.
