This collection of records appear to commence 30/01/1956 and continue to 4/10/1962. 1957-1962: AGMs 1956: Extraordinary General Meeting held 3/06/1956, concerning the Wind Damage to the Club House and Staging during a Gale on the evening of 31 May and June 1st when items were destroyed. 1959: Management Meetings resume. 1960: Extraordinary General Meeting 27/07/1960 to "Incorporate" the Club. 1961: Special general meeting re raffle and funds. Special Social Cmtee 15/02/1961. 1961-1962: list of Club Office Holders, Committee members and Club membership given in AGM minutes.
