A Minute Book covering the period 1937 - 1942. AGMs, Balance Sheets, Club Meetings, Annual Reports are recorded. From 1940 the AGMs are given their numerical sequence eg in 1940 "the 13th Annual Report was given".
The AGM for 1939 - 1940 appears to be omitted and the 14th Annual Report (1940 - 41) was not signed until 18 March 1942, reflected the War Years. Pages have been cut out after the Annual Report for 1940 - 1941 and before the 1941 AGM.
