This record opens with the Third Annual Meeting, held at Oddfellows Hall on 16 May 1911, with 24 members present.
Elected Officers were: Pres A G Thomson, Vice-Pres Mrs Thomson, Misses Duncan and Fahey, Messrs A Pacy, G Lamb, W Dripps.
Committee memebers: Missses Rankin, Bennett and Elder; Messrs P Browning, S Paterson, Stark and F Browning.
Minutes include the organisation and building up of club assets (levelling the tennis court, asphalting the court.
The club is known as "Waikaka Lawn Tennis Club" from 1911 until 15 August 1915 when it became the "Waikaka Tennis Club".
There is a gap in the minutes from 21/10/1915, 2 undated minutes, then 22/11/1917 and one meeting for 1918.
Pages are cut out between 10/9/27 and 24/9/26. Pages have also been cut from the back of the book. Pencilled notes on the back page.
