Events of note: 20th Annual Report that 'highlights' the past year was a celebration of the anniversary of NICO, begun 21 years ago, the result of the vision of Father John Pound and Rev. Stewart Anderson. Celebration held June 10-13.
Annual Report October 1977: mention is made of a decline in attendance, because of members moving into Rest Homes.
October 1988: Four members lost from committee, therefore no representatives from the Anglican and Roman Catholic communities. It was also noted that health problems and deaths were taking a toll of membership.
Annual Report 1999: Special Metting to discuss future of NICO.
Annual Report 2000: Four churches represented on the committee.
29th Annual Report October 2002: marked 30 years of committee work.
Committee membership 2003: Invercargill Methodist, St Theresa's, Waverley Presbyterian, North Presbyterian.
