This item is a School Scrapbook, A3 size and tied with green tape. It contains a collection of typed minutes, attached to the pages of the scrap book. Further records are filled as loos papers inside the front and back covers. As well there are inserts between pages of the scapbook.
INSIDE FRONT COVER: Thirteen items altogether, not necessarily in date order. They include the constitution; reports from clergy outlining a plan for inter-church co-operation (August 1971). Also rationale,history and first Annual Report for NICO for period May 1972 to 13 November 1973, Committee Members and convenors of sub-committees listed. Records for 1974-1974 togethe with 1975 Agenda.
ATTACHED DOCUMENTS begin with a statement of 'Present Activities' for a meeting held on 15 October 1973. Minutes, Accounts and Annual reports follow. The 10 meeting, held the AGM 1981-2 was celbrated on Concert Day in May. Minutes continue until 14 October 1984and are followed by extra copies filed at the back.
AT THE BACK: Minutes of 1987 AGM., then Reports, Financial Records continue, as a series of loose papers, until 1997. Records are not necessarily in order.
