Records open with AGM of 6 October 1983 and the Church Representatives present are listed by Church and by Name. From 19/10/1989 Minutes become typed. From 1993 (the 20th AGM) the minutes are attached in such a way as to ensure only two pages of the book are used each year. Then from the 24th AGM, minutes are fixed to just one page each year.
AGM 25 October 1998 (25th AGM): President's Report states major probels for that year. They are identified as * declining numbers on committees, plus no representatives from some of the participating churches. * costs greater than income * sudden death of the Auditor.
CRISIS MEETING 3 AUGUST 1998: No longer a need for the Council so a decision to disband it.
AGM 28 October 1999 (26th): Minutes note number of rest homes, other groups and clubs then organising activities for the elderly. So the focus was to be on those attending NICO.
AGM 26 October 2000: Expenses exceeding income by over $2,000.00 per annum.
FINAL AGM (30th) on 30/10/2003): The future of NICO discussed and "some hard decisions made".
