AGM 1989: Despite further advertising, there as no increase in support for the flower show so by unanimous decision it was decided to close the show and to sell the assets.
Meeting of 19/3/1990: Unanimous decision to re-invest money for a further year, while a new hall is built. To be re-invested annuall thereafter.
24/7/1995: Last Meeting. Decision to donate Flower Show Funds to Southland Hospice.
14/8/1996: Note to say $1,624.80 donated to Hospice and bank account closed. Letter of thanks received. Signed by H. Sell Secretary.
