Scope and Contents
Scrapbook/album assembled to document the fundraising efforts of the club over three stages during 1985 and 1986 in order to raise funds for a diabetic clinic at Kew Hospital.
Stage one involved the charter of the M.V. Wairua alongside the Bluff and Stewart Island clubs. This was the final charter of the ferry.
Stage two was an excursion to Queenstown alongside the Queenstown and Arrowtown clubs, and stage three was the building of the clinic.
Includes photographs, newspaper articles, correspondence, flyers, and newsletters.
