'WELCOME TO THE WORLD CHIEF GUIDE" Souvenire Programme, April 1967. [S1 838 0008]
The booklet begins with a Welcome from Margaret Turnbull, Chief Commissioner and an Introduction by the National president, Laura Fergusson, (wife of the Governor General), then a photo of Olave, Lady baden-Powell. Photos showing aspects of Girl Guides, of all levels, engaged in a vaiety of activities have been included.
The centre pages contain the programme for the South island Rally. The programme closes with an Appreciation to the many individuals and organisations who helped set up the Rally and to the many Sponsors involved.
