INSIDE FRONT COVER: Typed Minutes of Western Area for 1959 - 1960. Four meetings were held annually.
AT THE BACK: Committee meeting minutes for 28/6, and 6/2/67. Also Names of Area Office Bearers for 1966 to 1967. Plus information on the Debutante Ball for 13/4/1962 - photo and newsclippings.
NOTE: not all reports are dated but, those with the minutes for 24/3/64 indicate a name change to "Limestone Plains Area". Committee reports on the Forestry project. Donations are recorded to: Forestry, Oreit Surf Club, Merchant Navy, Lepper Funds, Kindhaven, Red Cross, Riverton Hospital Appeal.
The final Meeting of Pimestone Plains Area WDFF was held at Otahuti on 19/3/1969. It was dicided to close by a branch vote 3:1, and that funds were to be distribued equally to Forestry and the holiday Homes.
