Biographical / Historical
In the 1990s Olive Dunn wrote a number of books about cottage gardening. She was born at Edendale, moved to Invercargill and started a florist shop 'Floresta' in 1949. She was instrumental in starting the fragrant garden at the Blind Low Vision Centre.
Many of the photographs from the slides were taken by photographer Miles Hewton, as well as by Olive's husband and brother.
