Overview
This interview was recorded as part of a project to celebrate of 125 years of Women's Suffrage in New Zealand. In this interview Shani shares her interests and passions as a child growing up in Invercargill and how her interest in art lead to her vocation as a Florist. She shares her journey starting with an after school job at Tudor House Florist, to going to Wellington where she took exams and took part in competition work. She returned to Invercargill where she eventually purchased her own florist business rebranding it as Ambrosia. She also discusses the role of being a parent.
