Overview In this interview Jean reflects on life in Otatara where her parents were the Head Green Keeper and Caterer at the Otatara Golf Course. She describes their home at the Golf Course and tells of her time at Otatara School, the building of the Hall as well as recalling local families, cribs on Ariki and Ruru Avenues, buses, shops, the war years and her husband building their home there.
