Overview
The first house at The Rocks, Riverton. It was built and owned by Maruice Thompson who lived in Invercargill, 1883 until the early 1920's. This house was later altered and eventually sold. It was still standing when Maurice Thompson's son and granddaughters visited the The Rocks in 1965.
