Overview Norma recalls her education and employment at a Thornbury farm, leisure activities e.g. fly fishing, dances, growing vegetables, learning to drive and doing the drivers licence test. At the age of 12 Norma decided she wanted to be a nurse and put her name down to become a nurse at Kew Hospital aged 20/21.
