Overview In this interview Jack tells of his early education and transport to school, early farming, implements/machinery, animals and seasonal cropping. He also looks at the import of cattle breeds, the transfer of milk to the factory and his employment at the cheese factory and what this entailed. During the war years he served with the Tiger Regiment in Italy.
